Flocking fibers,applied to surfaces in order to reproduce a velvet or a buckskin appearance.

Flocage is an operation which consist in throwing on a beforehand coated surface with some appropriate adhesive,a lot sort of textile fibres(0.3 to 6.0mm)called flocks so as to obtain a suede aspect,felt-like,velvet,fur,according to use fiber.

After cutting or grinding,the flocks can go through the following treatments;painting,surface treatment,wringing,drying,sieving.

We can produce every type of flock mentioned in the table. Other types can be produced upon request.
The types mentioned as stock colours can be supplied with a minimum of 10 kg. Other types are produced according to your order with a minimum quantity of 200 kgs.
Stock colours can be blended. Most colours can be achieved this way without a minimum of 200 kgs.
