TYPICAL USAGE
It could be widely used in all kinds of moisture-resist and waterproof projects, such as interior & exterior wall, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and non-exposed wall or floor, lift, channels, reservoir, underground structure, civil air defence shelter, pools and so on.

SUBSTRATE TREATMENT
The substrate should be solid, clean, free of oil and dirt, without sharp concave and convex, honeycomb, pocking marks, peeling free of bulge, greasy, apply sealant to concave around pipe root and do additional waterproofing layer in cracks.

APPLICATION
Mixed up with a ratio of EMULSION: POWDER=1: 2, add the powder into the emulsion slowly, and beat up the mixture with low-speed 5~10 minutes until it mixed evenly.
The mixture should be used up within 90 minutes.
Apply it by roller or brush, the coatings should be applied in the base evenly
It is suitable to use the boxian cloth as the sealer in the connector of the pipe.
Apply the second time after the first layer is dry (about 1hour, but it depends on the temperature and humidity, till to non-sticky), Later coating should be done in different directions from the previous direction, it could apply the third times in the light of the actual conditions.
After finish it, it is forbidden to walk on the waterproofing layer within 24hrs, it could arrange the next step after the coated film dries.

STORAGE TEST
In order to test its effects and deal with the problem in time, arrange the storage test after 48hrs
Normally, the depth is 3~5cm, it is better to immerse the pipe and corner, it would be accepted that the water level no drop off or no seep around.

SUGGESTED USAGE
In damp proof project, apply one time, the thickness is about 0.5~0.7mm, the reference usage of the coating is 0.8kg/m2.
In kitchen and bathroom waterproof project, apply two times, the thickness is about 1mm, the reference usage of the coating is 1.6~1.8kg/m2
In others building waterproof project, the usage should be determined by the actual conditions.
